Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You can also 'save' your order and return to it to continue.
CARD PAYMENT
Online payment is through our Payment Service Provider 'PayPal', we do not take your card details nor store them.
CHEQUE
You can send us a cheque with a print of your order, please write your address and order number on the reverse. Goods are shipped when the cheque is cleared.
BANK TRANSFER
Simply email us your order, we'll respond with BACS details. Once payment is received and cleared your goods will be shipped.

Shipping And Handling
We supply to UK and Ireland ONLY. Orders outside this area need to be arranged manually by emailing us via sales@partsandpumps.co.uk.
UK next-day delivery is not offered or guaranteed.
When ordering be aware that YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE AT THE SPECIFIED DELIVERY ADDRESS, TO SIGN FOR THE GOODS. The courier will not leave the package without a signature. There may be additional shipping charges if the courier has to try several times to deliver the goods, or they are returned to us undelivered. If in doubt, select an alternative delivery address (i.e. your business address) to ensure receipt of the delivery. Delivery times cannot be specified.
On receipt it is the customers responsibility to check the condition of the packaging BEFORE accepting delivery. IF IN DOUBT, REJECT THE DELIVERY, a damaged shipping box may well indicate damaged contents. Once signed for as 'received in good condition' any damage discovered thereafter is the customers responsibility.

Delivery Schedule
Orders received are usually processed at the end of that day in one batch, then shipped from our warehouse the following working day. Though this is our goal, it is not a guaranteed service level.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT is charged at the current rate
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, your credit card numbers are not requested until you arrive at our payment solution provider where they are then taken securely and encrypted. They are not held by us, nor in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
New pumps carry a manufacturers' warranty of 12 months from date of delivery. Repair or replacement is 'back-to-base' only, please call us for an authorisation number before shipping the pump. Spare parts, such as diaphragms, once opened and fitted are not covered by ANY warranty - as the fitment and useage is beyond our control.
PLEASE READ the 'Things to Avoid' section of the website where you will see some instances where the warrranty is made null and void (Things to Avoid!)
NOTE THAT PUMPS RETURNED UNDER A WARRANTY CLAIM WHICH, UPON INSPECTION, HAVE AN SIGNS OF FAULTY INSTALLATION, DAMAGE DUE TO BEING DROPPED OR MISHANDLED, FLOODING OR FOUL AIR INGRESS THE WARRANTY IS RENDERED NULL & VOID. YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL COURIER CHARGES (INCLUDING COLLECTION AND, IF THE PUMP IS THEN RETURNED TO YOU, PLUS COSTS FOR ANY PARTS & REPAIRS AND THE COST OF DELIVERY BACK TO YOU).
Therefore, to avoid uneccessary charges, we try where possible to run through some basic checks with you to see if the problem can be identified PRIOR to you sending or us collecting it for inspection. Please bear with us whilst we run through some of these with you (we're only doing it to potentially save YOU delays and charges).
Secoh pumps are designed for self-maintenance and inspection, therefore under most circumstances warranties are not effected by you opening the pump up to look inside !

Returns Policy

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
